3D Ashiatsu Massage.
My Story
My name is Sheryl Brinson. My passion and love for massage has always been a part of my life along with health and fitness. I have worked in physical therapy clinics, chiropractic facilities, day spas like Ritz Carlton, Laguna Niguel. I have a Corporate Fitness degree from CSULB and I am currently licensed at the highest level nationally for a massage therapist. I have been married for 30 years and have son and daughter, two dogs and Boba the bunny. You can find me either running trails, at the gym, swimming at the pool or in the yoga studio. I occasionally like to compete in triathlons where it all comes together.
Philosophy About Massage Therapy
Regular massage treatments are no longer a luxury. Many of my clients have come to use it as the primary source of staying healthy both physically and mentally. I believe in the whole body approach to health and wellness. Whether you are a top athlete trying to stay in peak performance, a weekend warrior, someone struggling to find relief from stress or chronic conditions, my goal is to help you meet those individual needs.
